    I cant change my settings in tmpenc i dont know why, it just wont let me clik on anything...

    click on load then go into extras folders then load unlock.mcf and away you go

    thanx for that.. now im trying to encode a video which is about 21mins and i have no idea what to do with these setting..

    looks like you are trying to make a svcd. anyway what i would change on that page is motion estimate search to high (not highest) then i would go to the advanced tab and change full screen to full screen keep aspect ratio. For the best picture possible on the first page change constant bitrate to 2 pass variable bit rate. these changes will take longer for your video to enconde (twice as long I think)
