Hey guys, I used TMPGEnc to encode a .avi to a dvd mpeg2 file. Then I used TMPGEnc author to turn them into vob files and then burned with nero. The movie played but there was no sound? Am I missing a step here, I read something about a new AC3 encoder on TMPGEnc website. Do I need to install that or something?

do you hear any audio if you play on your computer?
if not https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=193316
if yes, you might have to change your dvd player to output mpa/mp2 to pcm audio.
