I AM TYING TO CAPTURE OLD VIDEO MOVIES USING DAZZLE DVC 80 AND MGI VIDEOWAVE 4. THE AVI FILE CREATED HAS LIP SYNC, BUT WHEN I ENCODE TO MPEG USING TPMGEN AND PLAY BACK THE VIDEO CD, THE LIP SYNC IS WAY OFF. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE WELCOME;.
