    Hello
    My capture card only capture in Pal or pure NTSC, no QUASI-PAL. So i need a Pure Ntsc vcr or a multisystem that output in NTSC instead of Quasi PAL like most of the new vcr's does...
    Any one can tell me where to buy one cheap in Europe?

    I purchased one off of ebay for about $300...Works great it features pal,palfrance nc...and three others.

    Go buy a bt8x8 based card able to capture PAL60...
    It costs cheaper than a VCR. Kworld PCI cards for example, cost about 35$!
