backing up

hey guys today im playin around with my dvd-r and practicing to back a movie up on dvdr ok i tried using xpress but said sumtin about cant read sectors so i take it that its copyright wont allow you to copy it? anyhow i got dvd shrink 3.1 so i loaded the disc and than saved it and let it do its thing now can i burn it with nero?



am i missing a step or sumtin?

you can burn it with any program really... did you try https://www.videohelp.com/dvdripping#30

just make sure that you create an AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders and put everything that dvdshrink gave you in the VIDEO_TS folder and burn it.
