Multiple audio tracks

I'm mpeg4ing a DVD with two audio tracks (languages) and using ffmpegX for that. The resulting .avi seems to have only one audio track, however.
How can I choose to encode (to mp3) and include more than one track in the .avi?

Thanks for your suggestion, I'm adding it to my to-do list. For now you should encode the additional track in mp3 format and use Quicktime Player to add it (however this will make the file playable only on a Macintosh).
