I have a little problem, I have just burned a movie onto a DVDR, the DVD plays fine on the computer, but when I put the DVD in my standalone DVD player, it cant play the disc. does any1 know why, do i need a autorun file or something like that.
the movie I burned was a ISO file, and I used Nero

first, you should have searched through the forums to find a few possible solutions..

1) your dvd player doesnt play +R or -R recorded discs
2) crappy media
3) dvd was not compliant

I have search, and it is non of what you write, i have check and tried both the DVD player and the media.
its like the DVD player is looking for some kind of starting point on the DVD, if you no what i mean

Fill out your computer details, post what kind of media you put you DVD on. Make ssure you list what DVD player you own, and the settings of your burner.
