I have a CD-R that holds 700MB or 80 minutes of data. I want to make a VCD. Since VCDs can have the overburn option turned on, is there a certain amount of minutes that CD-R can hold? I'm trying to convert a movie and was wondering if I should split up the movie and make it into 2 VCDs. The movie is 81 minutes.
