I couldn't find an explanation for an option in this program. If I go to multiplex some items together, there is an option for MPEG-2 Program Stream or MPEG-2 Transport Stream. What is the Transport Stream about?
I thought that when you mulitplexed m2v & ac3 files back into a VOB file that you couldn't affect the quality (cause you were just putting these files in a container basically), so what are these options for? Does multiplexing affect quality?
And one last thing, there is also an option for AV synch. When multiplexing, do you sometimes get synch problems?
Thanks for the help.

Transport streams are used for broadcasts so forget about them.
AV-Sync is very useful for syncing edited streams, streams with missing audio or/and video frames etc. No need to use it with "good" streams.
And last: multiplexing doesn't affect quality, but can affect playability. -
I read something about a playability problem. Why is that? And how do you avoid it if you have to demux a VOB? Letting the DVD authoring program complie the individual streams during the burn?
