I just orded some Dual DVD cases...and recieved them today. One thing I noticed is that they are a little bit thicker then the reg cases. My question is, how can I make DVD covers for this? I just need it to be like 1/4" wider then the reg covers. here is the covers I ordered:

  2. The Dual cases I have are the same thickness as the singles. I have the Meritline Single and Dual case which I bought at Fry's. Singles are $3.99 for 10pk. What do you use to make you rcurrent single case covers?

    My set-up:
    1. Use Microsoft PowerPoint with page set-up to full 11"x8.5" lanscape and margins minimized.
    2. Insert cover JPEG and size to 7.25"x10.8" keeping aspect ratio. Or basically the widest you can print on that size of paper.
    3. Print with minimized margins and cut out picture.

If your case is thicker than standard then you will need some longer paper.

I use CoverXP, and the single cases aer about 3/4 the width of the dual cases. (by width, I mean the spine part of the case) Maybe If I could print borderless, that would be long enough, but im not sure how to do that

MachineMan, which Fry's did you go to? I haven't seen them at my local Fry's. And are those cases the only Meritline products they carry? I wish they'd carry the Meritline blank DVDs instead of those GQ brands...

All the Fry's electronics in San Jose, CA area have both single and dual Meritline 10pk DVD cases, same isle as the Media. Singles are $3.99 a 10pk. I saw some other Meritline CD cases and stuff but no Meritline Media.

Those GQ DVD brands are questionable, I but Ritek GO4 online at Newegg.com.

Another option for dual jewel cases $4.99 for 20 pack

These use a single spindle for both disks.
