Although I have searched through the guides I cannot find the answer I am looking for so here goes.
I have some Episodic disks with 4 episodes per disk. I would like to split each DVD-9 to two DVD-R with two episodes per disk but I would also like to have seperate menus for each disk ie the same menu from the original disk with options to select episodes 1 & 2 for disk 1 and so on. I dont know if this possible so if anyone out there can help I would be extremely grateful.
I have the guide on the DVDshrink method but I would rather not do that unless I have to.

  2. Can't help you with your question, but it would help to know what DVD Authoring program you're using. That way someone who really knows that program can maybe fiddle with it to derive you an answer.... or maybe they just know!

    Good luck!

    Whoops.
I normally only use DVDShrink for all my backups. I've just got the latest version and am busy playing with it at the moment! Excellent program by the way!

Elby CloneDVD can split 4-episode disk quite easily. I'm doing it with Star Trek DS9 episodes. Just select the first two episodes, then repeat for episodes 3-4. It preserves the menus so either of two episodes can be selected,if you select and episode on the other disk it recycles back to the menu. DVDfab can also do it.

    Wulf109,
Thanks for the help. CloneDVD does the job nicely.
