    just a real quick question , does copying a dvd with dvd shrink make it region free ?. iam trying to back up my region 2 discs to play in australia.

    There is an option in there to make it region free, yes.

    wow thanks for the quick reply shudder , but the only options i can find is to remove macrovision and this is under preferences.
