  1. I've figured out how to go from DVD to Divx now I want to know how come they are so big. The Archos AV 320 shrinks a movie down to 300k or so. What am I doing wrong. I'm using dvd decrypt then DVD to avi then cdex (for audio) then Virtual dub w/ divx 5.1.1 the encode but my audio is around 1 - 1.5 gig by it self the movie and the audio together are to large.
    Please help!
Trying to get alot of movies onto the archos!

Sounds like you have PCM audio instead of MP3, chech your audio encoding settings.

  3. Have you selected a compression codec for the audio.

  4. I'm using robot4rip and on the audio I select 128 mp3 but to put it into virtual dub it has to be a wav so then I convert it using musicmatch to turn the mp3 into a wav then virtualdub is happy and off it goes.
