Program that allows import of buttons, images, etc?

I would like to have a dvd editing program that allows me to import buttons and images other that the pre-made things dvd editing programs usually give you. I would like to also import motion background menus that I get off the web. Is there a site that has motion background menus for free?

I am not 100% sure as I do not use this program but have seen it commented on before but I think DVD LAB has the functionality you are after.

Yes, DVD LAB will let you import buttons and images along with motion backgrounds. They offer a fully functional trial version, so definitely give it a shot. I have, and I love it! You can also easily render your own scene selection menus with motion thumbnails in only a few steps.

I have only been able to find a few free sample motion backgrounds out there. Here's one that I can remember:
