    Hello,

    I've searched this forum with many keywords but was unable to find the answer. Just curious to see if there is a way to encode a WMA file from AC3. Has anyone tried it before? What tools are required?

    Compared to MP3, OGG and WMA are supposed to be better at 96kbps, which would allow more space for video...

    ac3 decoder

    or use some other free tool and convert to wav and then wav to wma.
