Ok. I got what I think is an AVI file of a TV recording. I am trying to use TMPGEnc to convert it to MPEG2 so I can burn a DVD. Unfortunately it says the file type is not supported. I had another file that I thought was the exact same format but it is working. How can I find out exactly what format my file is so I know what to use to convert it? Thanks
