Recordnow-tiny pet peeve

I've just become a Recordnow convert as it seems to make more compatible DVDs than Nero. Funny thing is the Sonic CD that came with my burner I never really tried as I was use to Nero. I know how to burn DVDs now with RecordNow DX and each one comes out perfect. My little pet peeve is that everytime I start a new data DVD, I have to go into Data job options and change the TOA to closed. Next time I open recordnow I have to change from open to closed again. Can't this program remember the settings in "data job options"? Just a tad annoying. I'm running RecordNow DX 4.6 and there is an upgrade to 4.61 I've yet to download. Anyone know a solution? I know, a tiny pet peeve.

I really like the software too, but my pet peeve is everytime I want to do a data disk, I have to reset the drive from my internal cd drive to my firewire Pioneer DVD burner. I can't find anywhere to set the DVD drive as the default for use all the time in Stomp. Anybody know how?
