Hi!
My question is this: Can I capture with my DV PAL camcorder that has analog video in, an NTSC video that is playing back in a PAL VCR throw the "NTSC playing back on PAL TV" option? I want to buy some instructional tapes from USA(there are not in DVD format) and then make a DVD from them for easy reference.
