    I captuered a movie from a vhs using pinnacle studio 8,as i had to capture it thru a analog device the quality is the same as the vhs.I would like to know if theres a program that i can use that would up the quality of the movie?

    There aren't a whole lot of options that give real results as far as software solutions. Your best bet is to use a TBC(Time Base Corrector). Check out this page at Lordsmurf.com to explain what a TBC can do.
