I just downloaded a MTV Clip and want to burn it an VCD. The problem is that there is a small commercial part in it at the beginning. I want to cut this out. I found a program VirtualDub, but this program can only save it as *.avi. Do someone know a program which can save the MTV Clip (which is a MPEG) directly into MPEG after cutting out the commercial part?
I already tried TMPGEnc too, but I couldn't find a way to do it.

You can try MPEG1VCR or MyFlix. These won't reencode, so the quality will stay the same.

For TMPGEnc, it's under the File|MPEG Tools menu, then select the Merge & Cut tab.
