Although this forum is great, I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me how I can make my own little forum. I run an English conversation school out in Japan and would like to have a forum on our homepage so that students can post questions and answers for each other. Can anyone help me...put me in the right direction??

The one used here is phpBB. Just click on the phpBB on the bottom of the page where it says "powered by phpBB 2"

I see that that software is free of charge. I wonder, how easy is it to set up a board? I will be making a website soon (nothing to do with video etc.) and I was wondering if it would be difficult to do, considering that as far as web design goes, I am a total novice!
Thanks,

The hard part isn't setting it up. The hard part is moderation... -
