    Try demultiplexing your MPEG and remultiplexing it with TMPGEnc (make sure you set it to MPEG-1 Video-CD, not "Auto&quot.

    Remuxing the MPEG should work not only with TMPGEnc, but any MPEG-1 multiplexor that understands the requirements for VCD compliance.
