    Why can't I change the speed in dvddecrypter 3.1.9.0. I have an Aopen 4410 4x. If I set write speed to 2.4x it will still burn at 4x. I use Philips 4x CMC MAG.F01

    Try a lower speed media by chance. (ie. 2x instead of 4x rated; Ritek G03)
