Open your divx file in virtual dub, if you get an error message(VBR audio), you will need to decompress your audio.
Just shut up and listen dumbass -
Hmm.. Well it's not an audio problem.. I just it to be on 2/3 cd's.. cd 1 size is 700mb but cd 2 size is like 1.6?? it should also be 700 or what? I'm not very good at this.

Don't expect miracles. Optimum SVCD quality is in the 40-50 minute/CDR range.
Wrong file size is usually a sign of a corrupted AVI.To Be, Or, Not To Be, That, Is The Gazorgan Plan -
So my 2 hours and 13 minutes long avi file is going to be on like 3-4 cd's ? or what?

3 CD's is realistic. The file that is 1.6 gigs, does it play ok? If so, why don't you just split it in 2?
