  1. Hey i used DVD2SVCD to make a divx file which is 700mb to a svcd.. I wanted it to 2 cd's but it made the first cd 700 mb and the other like 1.6.. what did i do wrong.. i wrote 2 cd's and 80 minutes under bitrate tab. Maybe i used wrong encoding.. I think i was using CBR..? Please help

    Open your divx file in virtual dub, if you get an error message(VBR audio), you will need to decompress your audio.

  5. Hmm.. Well it's not an audio problem.. I just it to be on 2/3 cd's.. cd 1 size is 700mb but cd 2 size is like 1.6?? it should also be 700 or what? I'm not very good at this.

    Don't expect miracles. Optimum SVCD quality is in the 40-50 minute/CDR range.

    Wrong file size is usually a sign of a corrupted AVI.

  7. So my 2 hours and 13 minutes long avi file is going to be on like 3-4 cd's ? or what?

    3 CD's is realistic. The file that is 1.6 gigs, does it play ok? If so, why don't you just split it in 2?
