AVI2SVCD Problem- BeSweet

i have an avi file which i've processed in virtual dub according to leebear's guide. it has a framerate of 23.979 i've changed the audio to no compression and put the sampling frequency as 44100 or when i try to pu it in AVI2SVCD/ DVD2SVCD when it gets to using BeSweet the besweet program says not properly scaled and some numbers. i'm using 224 kbps bitrate in stereo using the azid pass thing. i also tried processing the audio manually using beSweet GUI but theaudio cam out all choppy and jumpy on my DVD player. Now after fixing the bad frames using mp3 freeze and normal virtual dub. i'm just trying it with the one file without processing the audio or decompressing it. Please advise if this will work/ any ideas of what i've done wrong

the same thing is happening with the original Divx file with fixed frames. in BeSweet it keeps running Not scaled properly with a whole bunch of numbers after it
i think its going through the frames.
