  1. I have a few movies that I backed up using the old method (DVD decrypter and IfoEdit 95 splitting into 2 DVD-Rs) now I would like to convert them into 1 DVD-R but DVDShrink 3.0 reporsts and error, Fail to open the file, Reason: The system cannot find the file specified.

The movie just plays on the DVD stand alone player but would not play on the computer unless, I open thru the PowerDVD app, from hard drive.
I already moved DVD1 and DVD2 to hard drive in 2 separated folders.
How do I make DVDshrink recongnize or find the VIDEO_TS file?

    Thanks.

You mean you have 2 discs's that you want to put onto 1 DVD-R, or your have the files already copied to your HD, and you want to make 1 DVD-R out of them?

Yes I do have 2 discs that contain the movie made using IfoEdit long time ago, now I would like put the 2 parts of the movie into 1 DVD-R.

Since I could not use DVDShrink to backup from disk, I copied the 2 discs to hard drive using dvd decrypter. Every disc was decrypted to its own folder but dvdshrink or clonedvd would NOT open the VIDEO_TS file.

Your best bet may be to try to re-rip the origianl content all intact and Re-Author using shrink to compile the main movie.
