Captured with Scenalyzer how do I convert avi files to dvd

Used Scenalyzer to capture a vhs movie. It created avi files now how do I convert to make a dvd? What programs would I use to do that? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have WIN98SE so I have 5 avi files because of FAT32.

1)TMPGenc Plus.

Process each avi file to get a corresponding mpeg file. Use the project wizard, msking sure that each estimated mpeg file size is no larger than 20 percent of a dvd's capacity(page 4 of the wizard). Also pay CLOSE attention to page 1 for correct conversion format selection.

2) TMPGenc DVD Author

add the five mpeg files in order to one track, author and then burn. Suggest using rw media for the first test to minimize coaster production.
