I have an 6.7 Gb Iso which I want to burn onto an 4.7 Gb disc.
Is it possible to mount the image in Daemon or similar program and then use DVddecrypter or DVDshrink to rip it from Daemon as if it was a real DVD?

Your method should work as Daemon tools will mount the ISO file, then just use DVD shrink.
You could also extract the image with iso buster, and then shrinkJust shut up and listen dumbass -
Yep, works great. It's how I do Episodic disks as well as disks of 'Extras'. It's also how you can combine 2 disks to 1 with no menu.

As Gaz said...yep, that will work perfectly and your rip speed will be unreal.
