I like to burn (S)VCDS with a menu image, containing a picture including whatever text is neccessary.
However, Nero insistes on putting the filename in the middle of the screen which quite ruins some of my nice images. I know which file I'm burning - and I don't need to be reminded of it every time I play the disc.
I've found the tip about nero_fake.ttf, but I don't see how it can apply to the filename - only the "Created by Nero" text.
I tried making the filename short, but then the font only got bigger - also tried making it longer to get minuscule font - didn't get small enough for my taste.
TIA

if im following what u say just right click the file and select the menu tab and blank out the text ie delete it, that way all you'll be left with is the item nunber eg 1 2 3 etc

Sounds reasonable - except I'm not sure where to do it - guess I should have posted in the newbie forum.
If you mean right-click the file while it's stil in the right window, I don't see a menu tab that I can select. Or after it's been dragged to the left window? Still don't work
Also, I'm actually more familiar with Nero Express - can't do what you suggest there either.
