  1. Just a quick question,
(theres a few Maestro posts so thought faster to post a descriptive title rather then sift through them all)
i have a short 8 sec intro clip for my DVD and i want it to kick over to the menu when its done playing. how do i go about this ??

So far i insert and it plays the intro then the DVD stops playing. I have to go to root menu while the intro is playing to get to the rest of the short Films

    Suggestions appreciated.

    thanx

  2. on the connections screen , where it shows the last chapter (or only chapter)for the clip you have, assign it to go to the menu screen right after it is done playing (on the connections screen you will see the name of the movie , lets say movie1, then a grey box to the right of that. On the very last chapter for that movie1 right click on the greybox next to it and it will allow you to assign where you want it to go after it is done playing).

If your intro clip is really the "first play" item, you would also use the connections screen to work with that.
right click on the name of the project and make sure view connections is on. Doing it on that name will allow you to see the connections for your enitre disc. Assign first play to your intro clip, and then assign the title menu, to the menu you want to appear next.
