I can't figure out why I get this error because the AVI file seems fine, but it won't load into TMPEGenc. I tried restarting my computer, and I ran the ripped files through DVDtoAVI again, but no luck. I haven't had this problem before, anyone have any ideas?

Option> enviromental setting> VFAPI> set direct show multimedia file reader to higher priority, helps often.
Next time save the dvd2avi project and load that as video source in TMPG. -
Okay thanks. Save the project huh. Got it. Thats different from the method the ripping guide suggests. Thanks for the help. I'll do both of those things. I actually thought I was low on memory, but I re-did the DVDtoAVI a third time, and its encoding fine right now. Thanks and Aloha!
