  1. Forgive me if this has been asked, but I couldn't find any other references. I was wondering what the best method would be to make copies of your own homemade DVD-R's or +R's.

I have a few homemovies made onto DVD-R's that I would like to make multiple copies of, so I won't need anything like shrinking or decrypting programs. What would be the best method and software to use to accomplish this? I don't have the compiles or captured files on my hard drive anymore.

    Thanks

  2. Pretty much any piece of commercial burning software will be able to copy your homemade dvd+/-r. Nero, RecordnowMax etc, they have a DVD Copy mode, also freeware software such as DVDDecrypter will do it too with the ISO read & ISO write modes. If you have a reader and burner you should be able to go dvd to dvd, otherwise make and image to disk first then burn back.

As he's making multiple copies it'll be better to make an image.

Make an image with Record Now Max,then load the image and burn.Your dvd-r holds the same ammount of data as the disk you want to record to,so there is no compresing needeed.Basically a direct disk copy.
