subs in svcd

i"m making a svcd from a xvid and loaded the srt. subs into ffmpeg tools.

when i preview in the tool section in appears nicely with the teller in screen.

but when a preview it in time when he's encoding it's gone.

anyone knows how to make perm. subs in a svcd

Enable "decode with mplayer" when encoding subs to mpeg-2.

getting this error??????
