  1. I am new to the dvdr game so bare with me. I have captured a movie in mpeg-2 format through my hp dvd movie writer and it is to big to put on a single dvdr. I have looked around the forum and found alot of helpful posts for this problem. I used Rejig to shrink the file and demux the audio. Then I used Ifoedit to try to get the audio track back with the video and there is where my trouble is. I keep geting (Ifoedit error) "additional data required but no free space in input buffer"!! I cannot find a buffer setting to make it larger. Is there any other way to get these files back together without using Ifoedit?

  2. You might look at TMPGenc DVD Author.

If your captured mpeg file is only slightly larger then the 4.3 gig max size, TDA does have a mpeg editing function that can let you trim/edit to get a smaller sized file.

If your file is considerably oversized, you can either split it with TDA to burn two disks... or just go ahead and compile the single big file into VOB's, etc and then use DVDShrink to resize.
