  1. I need to put two separate files I have onto a DVD but would like to make them into one long movie. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks

  2. You can multiplex them with TMPGEnc MPEG tools if they are MPEGs. If they aren't, then other software can still do it, check the tools section to your left, and look in guides if you don't know how to mux.

  3. 1) TMPGENc Plus - Merge/Cut Tool
    2) Virtualdub Mod - MPEG2
    3) Combine the files when doing the authoring process.

Or just set them to play after each other in the dvd authoring tool, like tmpgenc dvd author.

Exactly....that would have been my FIRST choice.
Couldn't you just rename them to the next "number" so to speak and have something like IFOEdit create new IFO's or something like that?
Just curious....I'm still a newbie at this stuff.

    hech54,
all that you need to do is input your first mpeg (supposedly) as track 1 in TDA and your second mpeg as track 2. no renaming or anything else (provided they are in proper dvd format). Apply TDA menus if you like or not, select play all tracks and then sit back and wait for TDA to finish. You can even burn the resulting file if you like.
