    Nowhere in the posts does it say they record dual layer. Change your topic, it's wrong.

    Dual deck and dual sided yes, dual layer no.

    Oops...missed the second thread. Read this:

    This clearly states that the discs are Dual Layer. They talk about BOTH PC and standalone burners. Verbatim says they will have their dual layer DVD+Rs out shortly...

    This is going to make things even more complicated and confusing for Joe Consumer...
