Philips 612s - RGB out?

I have been trying to find this out for a long time, without success. I have had a Philips 612s for about a year, great player, but does it have RGB out through the scart? If it does, how do you turn it on, I cannot find it in the manual. The only mention I can find is in the specification listings in the manual, RGB is mentioned there.
If it is not RGB out, then that is a big omission, don't think I will change it though, as it plays all DVD (+/-R & +/-RW) just fine.
