    Perhaps its me, but I just bought MovieFactory 2.0 and cannot seem to get the three patches from their web/ftp site.

    Is this usual? Is there another site that works?

    Are you using firewall software (e.g. ZoneLabs)? I usually have problems downloading files from some sites until I disable the firewall software and then the download works flawlessly.

    Thanks for the thought, but I did disable my firewall, and it still didn't work. It just sits there and times out.

    You MAY be hoping it didn't work. Chances are you may no longer have AC3 passthru like you did before you installed the patches(or updates).
