I have a Sony DVP-NC665P dvd player that I am trying to play an SVCD I burnt, but after a few minutes of playback, the video starts to stutter and get distorted and the sound becomes off-sync with the video and "squeaks" at times. I burnt the SVCD at x1 using an Imation CD-R and Nero express. I also tried to make the same SVCD using VCDEasy and when I tried to add the MPEG2 file, it said the bitrate was too high (2450kbs) and that most players wouldnt play above 2400kbs. How do I find out the max bitrate of SVCD my player can handle? Is there a way to convert the bitrate down to 2400kps? How do I get good playback? Thanks![]()
