    Is it possible to rip individual chapters from a DVD? An example would be DVD's that come with music videos? Can I get just the video or DVD extra stuff?

    Use smartripper. You can rip individual chapters.

    get dvd2one, it has cell extraction now,
    in latest version, also can do angles
    now, for those complicated dvd's,
    especially disney animated...

    Open the disc in DVD Shrink, hit re-author, drag your film to the left window, click set start/end frames. Say for instance you want chapter 15, set the start to chapter 15 and the end chapter to 15, click ok and then click backup.
