.sub with SUBtractor

Hi,

I tried using this app on some .vob files with subs but am unable to extract the .sub files

When I use the binary only I get error when choosing the .png format (which should be the default format in SUBtractor) and strange outlined letters and background when using the default .bmp format.

Any idea to get SUBtractor to work with Sizzle?

P.S. I don't have Fink installed so in case I should need libpng someone should give me an idea how to compile

Subtractor is made by the sizzle creator, and it automatically takes the .subs made from SUbtractor. Some VOB's just need to be reripped.

when i use the vob2sub binary inside SUBtractor I can rip subs but only in bmp format; when I use SUBtractor I don't get any SUB, that's my problem.

Rerip it with DVD extractor, or Yade in OS 9.

Is it discontinued?
