    Does anybody know a high precision tool that can cut seconds from 4000Meg Mpeg2 File? Tmpgen does not work.

    yes...Womble Mpeg-Vcr...great tool...only drawback, you can only use free version for limited time..

    If you want to be very precise, do any editing before converting to MPEG-2 (Unless you received the file already in MPEG-2 of course).
