    Sometime (considerable) back a member on here directed me towards a small program that would fully identified a file, i.e. avi/mpeg/pal etc, and advice what codec would be needed to convert it.

    As I say it was quite sometime back and since then changed systems, but for the life in me I can not remember what the program was called.

    If anyone has any ideas of this programs name or where I can obtain it I would be grateful.
