I have 2 folders of files for 2 separate films I wish to put on one disc. Each is onjly 2 GB so there is space for them, and they are both valid VIDEO_TS folders already converted and auhored.
I wish to merge these onto one DVD without having to re-encode the files, and hopefully without having to re-specify the chapters. Is there any software that will do this for me?
Thanks
Allan

two come to mind...
1) Tmpgenc Dvd Author
2) Nero
both are payware with trials available.
you might also check the "how to author" section - see l/h side this page. -
I have both of these and had a try to do it but both insisted in re-encoding the files. I have authored both exisiting folders with Nero Vision Express already, but each has files which are named identitcally. I doubt I could simply rename them as the buttons etc. would not link to the correct film.
How do I do it with NV?
Thanks
Allan
