  1. I just purchased the Leadtek XP 2000 Deluxe sound card. Ive tryed the software that came with the card, but cant seem to solve the terrible audio synch problems. So I thought I would give VirtualVCR a try. When I try to capture, it gives me these errors:
    Error Getting Audio Resample filter
    Error Getting Flow Meter Filter
    Error Getting Scope
    Error Getting Video Crop
    Error Getting Histogram
The filters are in the folder with VirtualVCR, but it is not picking them up. Or do I need to install them some how? Any help appreciated.

    Thanks Boxingjunkie

This exact thing happened to me. You are right about the filters. I remember I had to alter a certain file to get them loaded properly. I'm not at home right now or I would look....

No, it won't necessarily work all the time. I think my problem when I installed it was that I didn't use the standard "c:\windows" as a default installation directory. So the install program never found the directory it was looking for......

  5. When I open the zip, it doesnt install anything. It just unzips to a folder. Its not asking to install anything.

There's a file "install.bat" or something (been a long time) that has a command for each one of those filters.

    Yes, what fmctm1sw said...

Inside the folder where you installed VirtualVCR is a folder called 'filters' go in there and inside that is an install.bat.

  8. Guys thanks for your help. I got it figured out. I had downloaded the patched version to work with the Leadtek XP 2000. I didnt realize it was just the exe file. I downloaded the program, installed it, patched the new exe file and it works. Sorry for the mix up. And thanks for the help.
