Ive got a powerbook with a dvd-r burner, and ive got about 3 dvd-r's left. But i have a lot of dvd+r's. And i was wondering, does it really matter what format, whether (+) or (-) you put into a burner?

I havent tried, and i dont want to make a coaster out of a dvd. But what would happen if i put in one of the dvd+r's into my dvd-r burner? and vis a ver.

    Thx for any help

  4. It's a different format. You can't see a difference because it isn't visible to the eye. You just have to trust me on this.

Go ahead, try putting the disc in. If your software is any good it will prevent you from burning anything. The burner isn't a - burner for nothing, it only does - !

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB
    If in doubt, Google it.

A cat has four legs. So does a dog. Why aren't they the same thing?

That's a good one to remember.
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

    Everyone remember pre-school ?

We got the square pegs out of the square holes and the round ones out of the round holes.
    If in doubt, Google it.

  10. Sounds like your typical Apple Head to me. I'm wondering why you have +r disc's in the first place when you have a -r burner??
