Hi all,
after using dvd2svcd to encode an avi to dvd, i then use dvd-lab to compile. but on playback i get a slight pause between every cut at the end of the cut (scene). i tried the relaxed method as this 10/10 fixes the pause. but not with any avi ive converted and on playback it was outta sync and the video seemed to be running fast (used Power dvd). so i then put the dvd files that were created by dvd-lab into TMPGenc dvd author and proceeded as normal and hey it fixed the prob...how come?
dvd2svcd setting were;
AR - 16:9
TMPGenc+ encoder (constant quality, CQ80%, motion search-normal, rate control-CQ)
audio - besweet 192bps, azid gain 2pass,
frame server - add borders
dvd-lab;
normal create empty movie etc (no menu), dvd compliant demux also relaxed (2nd try)
dvd-author...normal add dvd file, compile.
if u like any more info...just holler
so whats happning guys?
cheers
D.
