Hi all,

Anyone have any thougts as to why this occurs? I can take the same DVD, without cleaning it between tries, and DVD X Copy Xpress fails at some point saying " DVD unreadable"... then I start either DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter and it reads the same disc just fine.

Any thoughts as to why this occurs? Yes I DO make sure the DVD is clean but that doesn't seem to help, it occurs on some but not all DVD's I try to back up.
