    Search PM
    Some VCD ( .dat ) can only play on VCD player but not on WMP 7.1 or Power DVD 3.0.

    This is PC system info:
    Pioneer 16X DVD rom
    Windows 98 SE
    3dfx Voodoo 3 3000
    SB Live! card

    i think those are pal dat files use STHSVCD to watch them
