I am just wondering if anyone in the world was able to obtain these? I was one of the first in the store locally, and they did not have any. They did issue a raincheck, and I received a call today. They stated they had them in stock and I should come and get them. I went, what they offered was a substitution of Memorex DVD+R 4X 25PK. for $9.99 (no rebates to mess with). This seemed OK, but it would have been a bigger score to get the 25 DVD+RW's for $9.99. They stated they are no longer available??? Any thoughts????

NO You should hold out for the rw's as they are worth twice the price. They are diddling you mate, good and proper! Demand 25 dvd-rw for 9.99, its your right as an american citizen, you didnt fight in two world wars to be treated like a second class citizen in your own backyard. I have never been able to purchase anything at Office Max that seemed like a "too good to be true" kind of deal. On more than 1 occasion I got to the store just as they were openning (on my way to work) and tried to purchase items that were on sale beginning that morning. None were available. This was for CDRWs, Modems, Routers, and a webcam I had been interested in. I did get rainchecks which I was told were good for 90 days. Of course they never got them back in stock as I believe that the sales were gimmicks just to get you into the store. They probably only had a couple available per store and the staff probably put them aside for themselves. Needless to say, I do not shop at Office Max for anything at all anymore.
No, I'm from Iowa. I only work in outer space.
